DivorceCare
We have a passion to help people recover from the pain of separation and divorce and to communicate God’s love to those who are suffering from this pain. DivorceCare is a special weekly support group and seminar that gives divorced and separated people the opportunity to meet with others going through the same experience in order to find encouragement and hope. The seminar includes thirteen dynamic video presentations featuring thirty-two renowned experts on divorce and recovery. After each presentation, participants meet in small groups to process and apply what they are learning. There also is a special program for children called DC4K (DivorceCare for Kids), which includes materials parents can use to help their children cope and find healing in the midst of their pain. The cost of materials is $20. DivorceCare is scheduled to begin in January of 2012 at First Alliance Church.

GriefShare
It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you've lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you've probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. That's the reason for GriefShare, a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. The seminar includes thirteen dynamic video presentations featuring top experts on grief recovery. After each presentation, participants meet in small groups to process and apply what they are learning. The cost of the materials is $20. GriefShare is scheduled to begin in January of 2012 at First Alliance Church.
